This basic layout contains two main columns with the second and right sided one containing two smaller columns.
The template is fluid and should expand to any screen resolution, the template also contains valid CSS and validates as XHTML Strict.
The colors in the template as they are at the moment need some work this template has been created to show the another structure that is available using CSS.
